The terms contained in this document (the “Promotional Terms”) apply to all promotional offers available through Jackpot.com (each a “Promotion”) and together with any applicable specific promotional terms, which may also be referred to as (“Special Promotion”), set out on the individual web landing page for the relevant Promotion (“Special Promotional Terms”).
The present Promotional Terms and any Special Promotional Terms, as published from time to time, form an integral part of Jackpot.com Terms and Conditions. Therefore, by participating in any Promotion, you accept and agree to be bound by Jackpot.com Terms and Conditions.
Jackpot.com is committed to making sure that its Players are playing responsibly and safely and that all Promotions and products offered by Jackpot.com are used in a responsible manner. If we believe that a Player is experiencing harm or is vulnerable, Jackpot.com reserves the right to cease offering a Promotion and will contact the Players to ensure that they are playing safely. We will routinely carry out welfare checks, especially if you are playing for long periods, but please take time to consider whether you may need help and look at our Player Protection page if you feel that you cannot control your gambling.
In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Promotional Terms, any applicable Special Promotional Terms, and the Terms and Conditions, the Special Promotional Terms shall prevail, followed by these Promotional Terms, and our Terms and Conditions, but only to the extent necessary to resolve such conflict or inconsistency.
Jackpot.com offers a variety of promotions, bonuses and/or tournaments to the Players in relation with source lotteries, scratch-cards, slots, table games, live casino, or any other related product we may offer time by time. Our Promotions, may include:
To be eligible for a Promotion, the Player shall fulfil the following conditions
i. Be the holder of a Player Account,
ii. Keep his/her personal data accurate and up to date; and
iii. Accept and comply with Jackpot.com Terms and Conditions, as well as, with these Promotional Terms, and any Special Terms.
Jackpot.com reserves the right to block any Player Account and to cancel any Promotion in accordance with the below Section 5. Jackpot.com further reserves the right to refuse any payout and/or to cancel any winnings if it appears that a Player is in breach of Section 5.
Jackpot.com is not obliged to offer Promotions and does so at its sole discretion.
The Promotions offered to Players are intended for personal use and may not be assigned, in whole or in part, to any other Player and/or third party. Players may not share Promotions with other Players.
Jackpot.com Promotions are optional, and Players may decline to participate in, any or all Promotions through their My Account Section under My Promotions.
Promotions are awarded to reward valued Players to enhance their enjoyment of Jackpot.com through regular game play. We operate a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of Promotion abuse, and any other kind of fraudulent activity. Therefore, your use of any Promotion is subject to our review, and we reserve the right to take the following action against Players who have breached our Terms and Conditions, including breach of these Promotional Terms and Conditions:
i. Block access to any Promotion;
ii. Remove or cancel any Promotion and/or pending Promotion;
iii. Void or revoke any associated winnings made through the Promotion;
iv. Block and/or close the Player Account, at our own discretion.
The determination of what constitutes a Promotion abuse will be at Jackpot.com sole discretion, and includes but is not limited to the following:
i. Using more than one Player Account;
ii. Registering more than one account to take advantage of a Promotion;
iii. Wagering the Promotion on excluded games;
iv. Promotion stacking by claiming multiple Promotions before having satisfied the original Promotion Playthrough Requirements;
v. Using the same Bonus and/or Free Spin more than once;
vi. Using a VPN, or proxy or masking IP address;
vii. Executing any of the above as part of a group or any other form of collusion.
Jackpot.com shall not be liable for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network conditions which may limit or prohibit the ability to enter or participate in any Promotion. We shall not be liable for any damages or loss resulting from claimed Promotions.
We reserve the right to change or cancel any Promotions, including but not limited to, in the following reasons:
i. Legal or regulatory requirements;
ii. Security;
iii. Abuse or breach of our Terms and Conditions;
iv. Unavoidable circumstances;
v. Human error;
vi. Promotion abuse (please see Section 5 Promotional Abuse Policy);
vii. Other valid reasons determined in our sole discretion.
We reserve the right to refuse or void a Promotion and related winnings in the event of your deposits being cancelled or denied by any payment service or payment provider related to you or in the event of chargebacks.
Unless otherwise stated, in the Special Promotional Terms, some of our Promotions, such as the Bonus, must be wagered a specific number of times before being released into your Cash Balance (please see below as to what we mean by your “Cash Balance”). This is the total number of time a Player must play the Bonus amount as to reach the Playthrough Requirement, while the Bonus is still active to be able to convert the Bonus amount (non-withdrawable) into real funds Cash Balance (withdrawable).
Wagering on certain games will provide a different percentage contribution to the Playthrough Requirement (wagering requirements). The Contribution rate of the Playthrough are as follows:

For instance, if the Playthrough Requirement is of 30, you will only be entitled to transform the Bonus amount into real money when the Playthrough of 30 has been reached on the involved Active Bonus. This means that a Bonus of £/€5 can only be converted into real money and released in your Cash Balance if you bet and/or stake 30 times the amount of the Active Bonus, this is an amount of 5 x 30 = £/€150.
As for the Playthrough Contribution, its important to note that each Casino Game will contribute differently towards completing the Playthrough Requirement, as specified in the above chart. So, following our example, if you wager your £/€5 Bonus on slots, which has a 100% Contribution towards the Playthrough Requirement, that means 100% of your wagers will Contribute to reach the £/€150. If for example you wager your £/€5 Bonus on Table Games, with a 15% Contribution, that means that £/€22.5 (15% of the £/€150) will contribute towards completing the Playthrough Requirement.
Only fully settled, non-voided, bets and/or stakes are taken into account for Playthrough Requirements (wagering requirements) purposes. Playing on any demonstration game does not count towards Playthrough Requirements (wagering requirements).
The Playthrough Requirements will not be fulfilled should you play on any 0% contribution games, such as the Progressive Jackpots. We reserve the right to void any winnings generated should you play on any 0% contribution games before fulfilling the Playthrough Requirements.
The following terms and conditions will apply to all Bonuses granted by Jackpot.com to a Player.
DEFINITIONS:
- Active Bonus: is a claimed Bonus which will be credited in your account which will carry or be subject to the Playthrough Requirements.
- Cash Balance: the total accumulated deposit amount available and/or generated cash winnings, which can be withdrawn excluding any Active Bonus.
- Bonus Balance: the total claimed bonus amounts available and/or generated bonus winnings which will be transferred to your Cash Balance once the Playthrough Requirements have been fulfilled.
- Player Account Balance: is the total balance of Cash Balance and Bonus Balance.
- Converted Bonus: is the amount of Bonus Balance made through an Active Bonuses which has completed the Playthrough Requirements, which are then transferred to the Player Cash Balance, capped to a maximum amount of £/€300, and can be then withdrawn.
TERMS:
i. The Bonus granted to a Player and the conditions to activate a Bonus, such as a prior deposit, login, etc. may vary from Promotion to Promotion as specified through the Special Promotional Terms so you must always read them carefully.
ii. Any claimed Bonus will be automatically activated and will be subject to the Playthrough Requirements before being transferred to your Cash Balance, as a Converted Bonus eligible for withdrawal.
iii. Any Active Bonus will only be made available for a limited period of time and available to claim until a specific date.
iv. Failure to complete the Playthrough Requirements within the following thirty (30) days from the activation of the Bonus will result in the cancellation of the Active Bonus and the ongoing Bonus Balance.
v. The Active Bonus can only be used with Jackpot.com casino games, including Slots, Instant Games, Table Games and/or Live Casino, unless otherwise specified by Jackpot.com in the Special Promotional Terms.
vi. The use of the Active Bonus within any of the casino games will contribute towards completing the Playthrough Requirement but the Contribution rate of the Playthrough Requirement shall vary depending on the casino game played. Please see Section 7 Playthrough Requirement.
vii. When you have an Active Bonus, all bets and/or stakes will be deducted from your Cash Balance first and then the bet and/or stake shall be deducted from your Bonus Balance. As soon as the Cash Balance goes under £/€1, the Bonus Balance will then be used.
viii. Bonus Balance can only be withdrawn once the Playthrough Requirements have been completed. Upon competition the Converted Bonus shall be transferred to the Cash Balance.
ix. Active Bonuses and any Bonus Balance will be automatically removed and cancelled upon any withdrawal request made prior to the full completion of the Playthrough Requirements.
x. Active Bonuses and any Bonus Balance will be automatically removed from your Player Account Balance if you cancel your Active Bonus through My Account Section under My Promotions.
xi. The maximum bet and/or stake allowed when having an Active Bonus is £/€5 per game round or £/€0.50 per line. Any bet and/or stake placed above this limit will be considered as an abuse subject to the terms of Section 5 and result in the cancellation of the Active Bonus, any Bonus Balance and may result in the closure of your account, at Jackpot.com’s sole discretion.
xii. The maximum Converted Bonus amount that can be transferred to the Player’s Cash Balance is £/€300. Any Converted Bonus amount above this maximum, will be removed from the Player Cash Balance.
xiii. A Player will be able to withdraw the Converted Bonus amount once transferred to the Player Cash Balance immediately without any further conditions.
xiv. Unless stated otherwise in any Special Promotion Term, all Active Bonus and Bonus Balance are non-withdrawable and/or non-redeemable.
xv. We reserve the right to cancel any Active Bonus and Bonus Balance if, at Jackpot.com’s sole discretion, we consider there has been an abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent/irregular use of the Active Bonus and/or Bonus Balance. Any such behaviour and/or activity will be considered as an abuse subject to the terms of Section 5 and result in the cancellation of the Active Bonus, any Bonus Balance and may imply the account closure, at Jackpot.com’s sole discretion.
The present terms shall apply to all Bonuses granted by Jackpot.com, except as otherwise set out in the relevant Special Promotional Terms.
The following terms and conditions will apply to all Free Spins granted by Jackpot.com to a Player.
i. Free Spins may be offered from time to time, at Jackpot.com sole discretion.
ii. The number of Free Spin may vary, at the sole discretion of Jackpot.com as specified in the Special Promotional Terms.
iii. All Free Spin granted will be made available for a limited period of time and available to claim until a specific date.
iv. Free Spins can only be used with a specific casino game as determined by Jackpot.com, in its sole discretion (the “Promoted Free Spin Games”).
v. All Free Spin wins made through the Promoted Free Spin Game shall be credited to your Cash Balance.
vi. To use or benefit from a Free Spins you must activate and/or claim these Free Spins. All Free Spins made available to a Player will be found in My Account Section under My Promotions.
vii. Any claimed Free Spin will be automatically activated and will not be subject to Playthrough.
viii. The maximum Free Spin winnings amount that can be transferred to the Player’s Cash Balance is £/€100. Any Free Spin amount transferred to the Cash Balance above this maximum, will be removed or cancelled.
ix. A Player will be able to withdraw the Free Spins winnings transferred to the Player Cash Balance immediately without any further conditions.
x. We reserve the right to cancel any granted and activated Free Spin if, in Jackpot.com’s sole discretion, we consider there has been an abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent or irregular use of the Free Spins. Any such behaviour and/or activity will be considered as an abuse subject to the terms of Section 5 and result in the cancellation of the Free Spins, any Free Spin balance and may result in closure of the account at Jackpot.com’s sole discretion.
The present Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Free Spins granted by Jackpot.com, except as otherwise set out in the relevant Special Promotional Terms.
The following terms and conditions will apply to all Free Spins granted upon a Deposit made by a Player to its Jackpot.com Player Account.
i. Free Spins upon Deposit may be offered from time to time in Jackpot.com’s sole discretion.
ii. The number of Free Spins upon Deposit may vary, in Jackpot.com’s sole discretion as set out in the Special Promotional Terms.
iii. All Free Spins upon Deposit granted will be made available for a limited period of time and available to claim until a specific date.
iv. Free Spins upon Deposit can only be used with a specific casino game as determined by Jackpot.com, in its sole discretion comprising the “Promoted Free Spins Games”.
v. Free Spins upon Deposit win amounts are only payable on the Promoted Free Spins Games.
vi. To use or benefit from a Free Spin upon Deposit you must deposit the specified amount in your Player Balance Account (the specified sum will be published for each Special Promotional Terms). Upon deposit the Free Spin upon Deposit will be available for you to activate and/or claim in My Account Section under My Promotions provided you have not withdrawn the deposit.
vii. Any claimed Free Spin upon Deposit will be automatically activated and will not be subject to Playthrough Requirements.
viii. The maximum Free Spin winnings amount that can be transferred to the Player’s Cash Balance is £/€100. Any Free Spins amount transferred to the Cash Balance above this maximum, will be removed or cancelled.
ix. A Player will be able to withdraw the Free Spins winnings transferred to the Player Cash Balance immediately without any further conditions.
x. We reserve the right to cancel any granted and activated Free Spin if, at Jackpot.com own discretion, we consider there has been an abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent, irregular, use of the Free Spins upon Deposit. Any such behaviour and/or activity will be considered as an abuse subject to the terms of Section 5 and result in the cancellation of the Free Spins upon Deposit, any Free Spin balance and may result in the closure of your account at Jackpot.com’s sole discretion.
The present terms shall apply to all Free Spins Upon Deposit granted by Jackpot.com, except as otherwise set out in the relevant Special Promotional Terms.
The following terms and conditions will apply to all Lottery Tournaments offered by Jackpot.com.
i. The Lottery Tournaments shall be available for a limited period of time, with a defined starting and ending date and time, as specified by Jackpot.com through the Special Promotional Terms.
ii. To participate in the Lottery Tournament, you must wager real money on any of the lotteries, or particular lotteries as detailed in the Special Promotional Terms. In exchange you will receive an amount of points for every wager and win made which will be added and allocated to your Player Account and displayed in the Leaderboard.
iii. The Points are calculated cumulatively, meaning that you accumulate points regardless of the amount that you wager or win. This means if you make a small or big wager, you will gain points for each individual wager and win made throughout the Lottery Tournament term.
iv. For every £/€1 spent on a lottery you will get in exchange 10 points on the Leaderboard. For every lottery win you will get 5 points. The number of points may vary time by time, as detailed in the Special Promotional Terms.
v. If two or more Player share the same position within the Leaderboard, the Player that placed their bet first during the Lottery Tournament will be granted the higher ranking within the list.
vi. The participating Players will be ranked in the Leaderboard, which shall always display the ranking throughout the Lottery Tournament term and will be updated every morning at 11:30am CEST time.
vii. The winners of the Lottery Tournament shall be announced through the Leader board 24 hours after the last day of the Lottery Tournament term, at 11:30am CEST time, unless otherwise stated in the Special Promotional Terms.
viii. The winner shall be notified by email of his ranking position and prize.
ix. We reserve the right to disqualify any Player from the Lottery Tournament is at Jackpot.com’s sole discretion, we consider there has been an abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent, irregular, use of the Lottery Tournament. Any such behaviour and/or activity will be considered as an abuse subject to the terms of Section 5 and may result in the closure of your account at Jackpot.com’s sole discretion.
The present terms shall apply to all Lottery Tournaments granted by Jackpot.com, except as set out in the relevant Special Promotional Terms.
The following terms and conditions will apply to all Casino Tournaments offered by Jackpot.com.
i. The Casino Tournaments shall be available for a limited period of time, with a defined starting and ending date and time, as specified by Jackpot.com through the Special Promotional Terms.
ii. To participate in the Casino Tournament, you must access any of the qualifying games and opt-in (the “Casino Game Tournament”).
iii. To be eligible to participate and win the prizes on offer, you are required to wager a real money spin of £/€0.50 or more in any of the Casino Games Tournaments, unless otherwise stated in the Special Promotional Terms.
iv. The winning criteria is determined by the sum of the winnings, meaning that the highest single spin won by a Player will win the Casino Tournament.
v. The Players are ranked in accordance with the score, which is based on the highest single spin win amount made on the Casino Game Tournament less the bet and/or stake amount.
vi. The Players will be ranked in the Leaderboard, which shall always display the ranking throughout the Casino Tournament term and updated in real time. The Player may at their own discretion choose to view the Leaderboard when playing the Casino Game Tournament in real time.
vii. Winners will be notified by email of their prize and any cash prizes will be credited in the winner’s account within seventy-two (72) hours.
viii. All cash prizes have no wagering requirement and can be withdrawn immediately.
ix. If two or more Player share the same position within the Leaderboard, the Player that stakes first during the Casino Tournament will be granted the higher ranking within the list.
x. We reserve the right to disqualify any Player from the Casino Tournament if, in Jackpot.com’s sole discretion, we consider there has been an abuse, manipulation, or fraudulent, irregular, use of the Casino Tournament. Any such behaviour and/or activity will be considered as an abuse subject to the terms of Section 5 and may imply the account closure, at Jackpot.com own discretion.
The present terms shall apply to all Casino Tournaments granted by Jackpot.com, except as set out in the relevant Special Promotional Terms.
The following Terms and Conditions will apply to all Lottery or Scratch Bundles granted by Jackpot.com to a Player.
i. You may receive a discount and/or an amount of free lottery line and/or scratch-cards, when you purchase a specific number of lines or scratch-cards,
ii. The amount of free lottery lines and scratch-cards and/or discount may vary from time to time, in the sole discretion of Jackpot.com, as detailed in the Special Promotional Terms.
iii. All Lottery or Scratch-card Bundle will be made available for a limited period of time and available to claim until a specific date.
iv. Any claimed Lottery or Scratch-card Bundle will be automatically activated
v. Failure to complete the Lottery or Scratch-card Bundle purchase within one (1) day from the activation will result in the cancellation of the Lottery or Scratch-card Bundle.
vi. The Lottery or Scratch-card Bundle can only be used in Lotteries or Scratch-card as specified by Jackpot.com, in its sole discretion, through the Special Promotional Terms.
vii. We reserve the right to cancel any granted and activated Lottery or Scratch-card Bundle if, in Jackpot.com’s sole discretion, we consider there has been an abuse, manipulation, fraudulent or irregular, use of the Lottery or Scratch-card Bundle. Any such behaviour and/or activity will be considered as an abuse subject to these Promotional Terms and Condition of Section 5 and may result in the cancellation of the Lottery Bundle or Scratch-card Bundle, any winnings and may result in closure of the account, in Jackpot.com’s sole discretion.
These Promotional Terms and Conditions shall apply to all Lottery Bundles or Scratch-card Bundles granted by Jackpot.com, except as otherwise set out in the relevant Special Promotional Terms.
